My doctoral research investigates how leadership effectiveness is defined, operationalized, and evaluated within organizational contexts, a question that remains contested across cultural, institutional, and theoretical boundaries. Despite decades of scholarship spanning transformational leadership theory, self-determination theory, and cross-cultural organizational studies, the field lacks consensus on what constitutes effective leadership and by whose standards it should be measured. My research addresses this gap through systematic empirical inquiry, with the aim of producing insights that are both theoretically rigorous and organizationally actionable.
